Mike has been leading as Senior Pastor of West Florida Baptist Church since 2016, providing solid biblical teaching, preaching, and counsel. He began serving at WFBC in the fall of 2000 as a college intern while attending Pensacola Christian College. After graduating, he assisted in the bus ministry, led the summer day camp program, and taught sixth grade for two years. He also served faithfully as the Assistant Pastor/Youth Director for ten years prior to becoming Senior Pastor. He and his wife Alana have three sons and a daughter.
Ben assists with pastoral care and directs the worship, discipleship, outreach, and missions programs of WFBC. He was born in China to longtime missionaries, and previously served in Newport Beach, CA as an intern in Liberty Baptist Church's Chinese ministry while attending West Coast Baptist College. Upon graduation, he served as Interim Pastor of the same and, later, as the College Ministry Leader of Logos Chinese Church in Santa Ana, CA. Ben and his wife Ashli have two sons.
Joel directs the youth ministry of WFBC and assists with pastoral care. He is a faithful servant and an experienced leader, ministering to children and teens as an intern at WFBC prior to coming on staff, and through previous experience in camp ministry. Both he and his wife Ashtin are graduates of Pensacola Christian College.
Greg directs all West Florida Baptist Church and Academy campus improvement projects, including ministry equipment, buildings, and grounds. He also oversees support for ministry events and development of ministry resources, including fundraising efforts for the school. After graduating from Pensacola Christian College, he taught at West Florida Baptist Academy for ten years and served as Youth Pastor of WFBC for three years. He also served in the WFBC King’s Kids ministry and as a bus captain. He and his wife Sarah have three daughters.
Shawn coordinates ministry communications, projects, events, policies/procedures, and tasks for West Florida Baptist Church and Academy. After graduating from Pensacola Christian College, he taught for ten years in the art department of PCC and served as the department Chair for five. He has actively served at WFBC in the children’s ministry and choir, and as a Connections Class teacher and Deacon. He and his wife Amanda have a daughter and son.
